Hancom Groupware Mail Beautifier Extension
Hancom Groupware Mail Beautifier Extension is a Chrome extension that enhances the viewing experience of emails and bulletin boards in Hancom Groupware. It requires basic configuration settings to be applied. After accessing the groupware, navigate to Groupware -> Settings -> Basic Information -> Screen Configuration Management. In the email list section, select "Divide Frames" and do the same for the bulletin board list section.
Version 0.91 introduces the ability to adjust the screen ratio, thanks to the efforts of Mr. Huh Yoon-ha. Additionally, the date format in the sent mailbox has been changed to 24-hour format and the current year has been removed.
In version 0.86, a "Open in New Window" option has been added to the top menu of the window displaying the email content. Clicking this link opens the email content in a new window.
Version 0.85 brings improvements to the email functionality. The date format in the email list has been changed to a 24-hour format, allowing for a wider screen usage. The year indicator in the date has been removed, showing only the month and day. The size information in the email list has been hidden to maximize the screen space. In the bulletin board, unnecessary post numbers have been hidden to provide a wider view.
Various layout improvements have been made in version 0.81 for the sent mailbox and version 0.8 for bulletin board support.
Despite some remaining bugs, Hancom Groupware Mail Beautifier Extension proves to be a useful tool for enhancing the viewing experience of emails and bulletin boards.
